Alize, the ultimate in intimate and elegant dining in Las Vegas, will provide you unequivocally with the best view of the Strip. That's not all, though; the restaurant's elegance is omnipresent, noted not only in the view of the Strip from its dining room, but also in its sophisticated name, in its menus, in its table settings and, ultimately, in the food that eventually adorns your plate. The restaurant was named after the gentle trade winds of the Caribbean, but the theme also includes Lepidoptera, the gentle, brilliantly colored butterflies and moths that fly within the winds. Each aspect of the restaurant was carefully planned out to provide the maximum in comfort and cuisine, and it shows. If you have a special occasion, or simply want to enjoy extraordinary cuisine while enjoying a magnificent view of the Strip, then Alize is for you. Taste and enjoy!
