Outdoor Dining
Bartolotta Ristorante boasts a beautiful lagoon off the back of the restaurant. Dining cabanas envelope the lagoon, which is filled with brilliantly colored koi fish and sparkling, reflective silver balls. The dining cabanas, which sit about 46 guests outside, feature several different ceiling styles; some are capped, some are draped and still others are simply flat. The draperies provide separation between the cabanas, and also privacy from the outside; only every other cabana is outfitted for privacy. Tables have freestanding chairs and some cabanas even have sofas, providing for the most wonderful, leisurely, sultry Italian-style meal. Lush greenery decorates the space between cabanas, which are set around the lagoon, itself set within such lush greenery that there all traces of the desert evaporate like water in the Vegas heat.

Koi
Koi fish live in the lagoon outside of Bartolotta Ristorante. Koi, Japanese for carp, is a type of fish, similar to a goldfish, that's widely thought to have originated in Eastern Asia. These koi are a brilliant shade of orange, often with white body markings, and they will frolic and swim in the lagoon throughout your meal, providing hours of entertainment for those who are enthused by the water creatures. Koi tend to congregate and will swim around the silver reflective balls and the lush greenery that are placed strategically throughout the lagoon. There might be a reason why this particular fish was chosen to populate this lagoon: The fish are traditionally considered lucky. We don't think it's luck, though, that has gotten Chef Bartolotta to where he's at today, or that's made his restaurant one of the most popular Italian seafood restaurants in Vegas. Nope, it's not luck; it's all skill.
